3. Products & Pricing

• We work to display product colours, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible; slight variation may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batch differences.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices at any time without prior notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed via email/WhatsApp.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraud). We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, and [cash on delivery, where offered], processed through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping

6. Replacements & Warranty

LightingStore.in operates a replacement-only policy — we do not offer returns for a refund. Full eligibility and process details are set out in our Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Certain products also carry manufacturer-specific warranty terms, honoured as per the respective brand's warranty policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and design — is the property of Bothra Electricals or its licensors, and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Submit false or misleading information when placing an order.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website, including through malicious code.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bothra Electricals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
